The assembly consists of a fiberglass base sheet mechanically fastened to the deck per Factory Mutual 90, followed by two plies of fiberglass ply sheets and a mineral surfaced fiberglass cap sheet. A staple and tape fastener system secures the base components, with staples spaced nine inches on center across four field rows. Perimeter attachment requires seven rows on thirty-six inch wide base sheets and eight rows on metric base sheets within twenty-one feet from walls or forty percent of building height. Continuous asphalt moppings and cross hatch rows are applied at corners.
