A steel stringer bears on a clip angle aligned to the inside face of the stringer, anchored to the floor assembly as occurs with typical one-inch edge clearance. Stair treads and steel stringers are provided by the stair manufacturer, maintaining an eleven-inch minimum tread width and a seven-inch maximum riser height. A handrail is mounted above with vertical clearance dimensions provided to the tread depth. The stringer base rests directly on the concrete slab, incorporating specified height and offset dimensions.
