This assembly consists of a four-by-eight cedar fence post with a galvanized plate steel post cap secured by countersunk fasteners at the top. Galvanized steel bar grating is attached to the sides of the post using galvanized steel saddle clips, which are installed typically along the height of the post. The post height is determined per the project elevation drawings.
