An interior wall base assembly transitions from the finished floor as scheduled up the scheduled partition with an integral cove base. A fillet strip is installed at the internal corner behind the base material to create a smooth radius. Clear sealant is applied at the top edge of the base where it meets the wall finish as scheduled.
