This stair handrail and guardrail assembly features a steel rail with a maximum outer diameter of one and a half inches attached via a steel mounting bracket welded to the upright. The guardrail consists of a welded metal mesh with a one and a quarter inch tube frame. The stair construction incorporates cast-in-place concrete treads poured into steel pans with risers visible beyond.
