This horizontal wall section details the installation of Longboard 6-inch V-groove metal planks over a substrate. A weather-resistive barrier is applied directly to the backing substrate. Longboard quick screen clips are spaced at 32 inches on center and secured through the barrier with number eight screws. A Longboard traditional starter strip anchors the base of the plank assembly, and rivets connect the plank to the starter strip.
