A powder-coated 1/4" x 3" bar steel bike rack leg connects to a concrete slab via a welded steel base plate. The base plate is anchored to the concrete using two anchor bolts sized per structural engineering requirements. The complete assembly provides a secure surface-mounted bicycle parking fixture.
