This three-foot wide concrete roll gutter features a one-inch deep central depression and a total concrete thickness of nine inches, supported by an eight-inch base layer. Reinforcement consists of five number four bars spaced at ten and a half inches on center, supplemented by number four bars spaced at twenty-four inches on center, all maintained with two inches of concrete cover. The assembly is designed to interface with adjacent asphalt pavement, which is to be installed zero point zero three feet higher than the top edge of the concrete waterway. The construction follows American Public Works Association plan number two hundred eleven.
