The top detail features a deflection track with anchors and instructs not to attach the 5/8-inch gypsum board directly to the deflection track, allowing for movement. The bottom detail shows a 3/4-inch fire-retardant treated plywood blocking backing a 1-inch wood panel, with sealant applied airtight at the floor level.
