The assembly consists of a concrete tilt-up panel bearing on a concrete footing, with a layer of non-shrink grout providing the leveling bed between the panel base and the footing. An exterior sidewalk abuts the panel face, separated by a joint sealant material to accommodate thermal movement and prevent water infiltration. The footing is set within the subgrade, with the sidewalk supported by the adjacent compacted fill and soil. The interface between the panel and the sidewalk is detailed to maintain a clean separation at the exterior finish grade.
