The adjacent pavement consists of asphaltic concrete or concrete paving resting on a layer of base rock. Below the base rock, a lime treatment is applied per the geotechnical report over native soil. A note indicates that weepholes are required on all curbs and curb-and-gutter assemblies where landscaping slopes toward the curb, placed at ten feet on center or at each scoreline.
