The stair guardrail assembly anchors to a concrete-filled floor beam designed with a block-out filled with concrete poured simultaneously with the stair treads. The top rail features a 3-inch by 1-inch flat bar. The guardrail height maintains a 34-inch to 38-inch gripping clearance with a 3-foot 6-inch minimum overall height.
