A reinforced membrane is adhered to the wall substrate using bonding adhesive and secured mechanically with a termination bar and fasteners. Water cut-off mastic is applied behind the upper edge of the membrane beneath a metal counterflashing. A bead of sealant seals the joint along the top of the counterflashing against the wall.
