This interior wall base assembly features moisture-resistant gypsum wall board secured with construction adhesive to a concrete curb. The curb sits atop a concrete slab finished with porcelain floor tile laid over a one-half inch mortar bed. A coved ceramic floor tile transitions from the horizontal tile surface up the vertical face of the curb. A resilient base is applied at the wall finish for standard wall conditions.
