Cold-formed metal framing connections detail the interface at both the wall head and sill. The wall head assembly features a metal stud framing into a fire track or equivalent, secured with a slip clip attached to the slip track using two number ten screws. The sill assembly consists of double king studs spaced at sixteen inches on center connected to a c-channel track, with a straight clip secured by two number ten screws and a trimmed and bent tab of the channel connected to the stud with number ten screws.
