The pavement assembly consists of a seven-inch Portland cement concrete slab placed directly over a six-inch aggregate base course. The base course rests on suitable natural soils and structural site grading fill extending to undisturbed natural soils. Rigid pavements must not be established over non-engineered fills and must be installed per the July 15, 2021 geotechnical study by GSH.
