A reinforced membrane is adhered to the substrate using bonding adhesive and secured mechanically at its edge with a termination bar and mechanical fastener. Cut-off mastic is applied beneath the top edge of the termination bar to provide a continuous moisture seal against the substrate. A bead of sealant is applied over the top edge of the termination bar to prevent water infiltration.
