An MC 12 x 10.6 channel stringer supports open grating at the stairs and landing. A one-half-inch diameter standard pipe railing connects to the stringer with a one-quarter-inch typical fillet weld. The stair treads feature a two-inch wide contrasting nosing located one inch from the edge of the stair tread, along with a one-inch radius nosing typical. Three-sixteenths by two-inch plates are attached at six inches on center with typical welds.
