A precast concrete wall panel ties back to a concrete floor slab using a slotted anchor channel embedded in the slab edge and a bolted connector plate welded to an embedded plate in the precast panel. Shims and bolts secure the connection, transferring lateral loads between the exterior envelope and the structural floor plate. An elastomeric joint seal is provided at the exterior panel joint to maintain weather tightness.
