Plyboo tongue-and-groove wood flooring is installed vertically on the wall finish, extending down to a matching wood base at the floor. The gypsum wall board partition is supported by framing with type 2 backing. A one-quarter-inch minimum gap is maintained between the gypsum board and the concrete floor, sealed airtight with sealant. The assembly terminates at a concrete deck with specified backing and finish schedule key references.
