A roof edge assembly bears on a roof concrete slab poured over a corrugated metal deck. Rigid insulation supports a one-half inch substrate beneath a thermoplastic polyolefin reinforced membrane. A wood nailer anchors at the perimeter, receiving a continuous hook strip secured with number twelve fasteners at twelve inches on center. A metal edge profile, matched in color to the parapet cap, fastens with number twelve fasteners at twelve inches on center placed at a minimum of two inches from the outside edge of the metal. A thermoplastic polyolefin cover tape seals the membrane termination.
