Precast concrete wall panels meet at a corner joint featuring a continuous closed-cell backer rod and sealant at the exterior face. Continuous foam-in-place insulation fills the joint cavity full height, with alternates specifying insulation at building corners, lap panels, and north panel joints. Panel reveals and return reveals are incorporated at the ends of the panels.
