A vertical section detail connects the curtain wall head with an exterior soffit and brick veneer condition. An aluminum curtain wall mullion aligns with a foil-faced self-adhering membrane and an air-water barrier with an integrated vapor retarder. Aluminum soffit panels and formed metal wall panels terminate near the head with a prefinished metal trim and a two-inch clearance for an exterior luminaire sized per the lighting schedule. Prefinished sheet metal flashing extends past the brick veneer located beyond.
