A concrete wall panel includes a rectangular opening reinforced with two number five bars typically unless noted otherwise running vertically and horizontally around the perimeter, spaced two feet typical. Diagonal corner bars consisting of one number five by four foot length are placed at each face typically unless noted otherwise. Continuous number five bars run horizontally below the opening. Additional number five bars span horizontally below the finished floor line and along the bottom of the panel.
