The interior wall assembly consists of steel stud framing detailed per structural drawings, finished on one side with two layers of Type X gypsum wall board and a surface-applied fiber-reinforced plastic panel for wet areas. The opposite interior side features two layers of mold-resistant Type X gypsum wall board over steel sheet sheathing.
