An irrigation valve box assembly set at finish grade connects a main line pipe through a street elbow and schedule 80 nipple to a curb stop valve. A two-inch schedule 40 pipe extends upward from the valve into a Carson Brooks ten-inch round box with an irricap, supported by gravel bedding. A Marlex street elbow terminates the side connection above one cubic foot of three-quarter-inch gravel.
