An equipment support bracket mounts atop a framed penetration anchored into a roof concrete slab on corrugated metal deck. The assembly layers rigid insulation and a one-half-inch substrate beneath a reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin membrane. The TPO membrane wraps continuously up and over the support curb, secured with a minimum one-and-one-half-inch wide heat-welded lap. Manufacturer's urethane caulk seals the junction between the bracket base and the membrane flashing.
