The door sill assembly incorporates a door bottom seal bearing on a threshold set in a continuous bed of sealant. A small gap is maintained between the edge of the landing and the face of the building by placing steel washers or plate spacers at each anchor location. Anchorage to the concrete substrate is detailed with embedded bolts and steel framing members, referencing structural drawings for specific anchor requirements.
