The guardrail assembly mounts to the top of the structural floor slab and features a top guard rail positioned at three feet six inches above the finished floor. An intermediate handrail is mounted on brackets at a height of three feet zero inches. One-inch diameter vertical bars are spaced such that a four-inch diameter sphere cannot pass through any opening up to a height of thirty-four inches.
