A vent pipe penetrates a built-up roofing assembly over a panelized roof system. A twenty-gauge galvanized metal roof jack is set in industrial roof cement over the roofing membrane with a minimum six-inch extension. An alternate two-piece twenty-gauge galvanized metal flashing surrounds the upper pipe penetration. A stainless steel adjustable clamp secures the flashing assembly, finished with a typical silicone sealant bead.
