A precast reinforced concrete wheel stop is set flush with the top of the asphalt paving and anchored with two number four rebar pins embedded eighteen inches minimum into natural grade. The wheel stop measures seven and one-half inches wide by five and one-half inches high, available in six-foot lengths for shared parking spaces or four-foot lengths for single spaces. The asphalt concrete paving rests over aggregate base and compacted soil above natural grade. Epoxy adhesive may be used in lieu of rebar for concrete slab installations with owner's approval.
