A metal cap flashing terminates the top of an exterior wall assembly clad with 4mm aluminum composite material panels over building paper and exterior sheathing. Aluminum extrusions QP 4B and QP 42T or QP 9T form the framing support at the perimeter edge, sealed with silicone at joints. Fastening to the backing wall is achieved using number 10 Ruspert coated hex screws complete with ethylene propylene diene monomer washers. The interior wall assembly is built according to the builder's specification.
