The sectional door track mounts adjacent to the interior concrete slab-on-grade, with a weather seal at the door base. A one-half inch thick asphaltic joint strip separates the exterior concrete paving from the building slab. The exterior paving slopes away from the building at one-quarter inch per foot for drainage.
