A heavy-duty round body barrel hinge connects the gate panel frame to a steel mounting plate via welds. The 6-inch by 7-1/2-inch by 3/8-inch steel mounting plate fastens to the concrete wall using four 3/8-inch outer diameter expansion bolts, positioned with a 1-3/4-inch clearance from the edge. All welds join the hinge directly to the steel plate and the gate frame.
