The assembly consists of a six-inch diameter steel pipe, seven feet in length, filled with concrete and finished with a rounded concrete top. The pipe is painted safety yellow and is embedded into an eighteen-inch diameter concrete footing. The concrete base at the surface is sloped away from the bollard to promote drainage, with the finish grade determined per civil engineering drawings.
