A hollow structural section tube hanger and secondary trellis hollow structural section tube beam connect through a cast-in-place concrete wall. A half-inch joint with sealant and backer rod is detailed all around the hollow structural section tube beam on both the interior and exterior sides. The concrete wall has a thickness of five inches at the penetration.
