A trash enclosure gate assembly consists of a 3 inch by 3 inch by 3/16 inch steel angle frame with mitered and welded corners on four sides. The gate is infilled with 18 gauge metal decking secured via tack welds at 9 inches on center along the top, bottom, and sides. Diagonal bracing is provided by a 2 inch by 2 inch by 3/16 inch steel tube. Hardware includes a lockable hasp secured with a 1/4 inch plate angle welded to the tube and angles at each end, alongside a 3/4 inch diameter cane bolt complete with a catch to hold it in the up position.
