A rated door panel and frame with a minimum 3-hour rating transitions into a precast concrete wall opening and metal stud gypsum board partition. Shims are placed as required between the frame and precast wall. Anchor bolts are spaced at three feet on center to secure the assembly. Sealant and a backer rod are applied at each side of the joint typical.
