Gypsum board is applied as required per the floor plan, and a half-inch fill with caulking is provided on both sides. The joist condition utilizes a thirty-six-T-eight continuous track secured to the concrete wall with zero-point-one-seven-inch shot pins at twenty-four inches on center from track to each stud. A steel joist bears within a steel track, connected via number ten screws, with caulking and a half-inch joint clearance at the stud interface.
