An exterior handrail bracket assembly features a one and one-half inch outside diameter by zero point zero five zero inch thick three hundred sixteen stainless steel handrail pipe attached to a one-half inch outside diameter three hundred sixteen stainless steel handrail support pipe. The support pipe connects to a three inch diameter by one-quarter inch thick three hundred sixteen stainless steel escutcheon plate, finished to match the handrail. Three hundred sixteen stainless steel countersunk machine screws fasten the assembly. The centerline of the handrail is positioned two feet ten inches to the finished floor or tread nose, running parallel to the slope of the stair or ramp for inclined mounted handrails.
