This assembly consists of a four-inch diameter steel pipe, four feet long, filled with concrete and finished with a rounded top. The pipe is painted safety yellow and welded to an eight-inch by eight-inch by one-half-inch thick steel base plate. The base plate is secured to the existing interior concrete floor slab using four one-half-inch diameter by six-inch long expansion anchors, positioned with a five-inch spacing between anchor centers.
