A curtain wall jamb connects to a framed king stud cavity filled with spray-applied insulation. Flexible flashing extends into the curtain wall compression seal, paired with a metal flashing having a hemmed edge that also reaches into the compression seal. A fluid-applied membrane air barrier wraps the transition behind the metal flashing to maintain continuity at the facade interface.
