This stair guardrail and handrail assembly features painted one-and-a-half-inch steel pipe components mounted to a painted steel stringer. The top of the guardrail is positioned at three feet six inches above the stair, with intermediate rails spaced at twenty-one inches maximum. A separate painted steel pipe handrail is mounted at three feet above the stair tread. The assembly connects to a concrete-filled metal pan stair supported by the steel stringer.
