An aluminum reflectorized accessible parking sign and a van accessible supplemental sign are mounted to a two-inch diameter Schedule 40 galvanized steel post using five-sixteenth by three-inch bolts with washers front and back. The steel post extends two feet into a four-inch diameter concrete-filled steel pipe bollard finished with a welded watertight cap. The four-inch bollard is set into a four-sack Portland cement concrete footing measuring eight inches in diameter by two feet deep with a three-inch minimum clearance at the base. The surrounding finished grade is sloped to drain away from the concrete footing. The sign colors consist of a blue background matching Federal Standard 595A color number 15090 and highway white for symbols and letters.
