A 3/8-inch steel plate is detailed with overall dimensions measuring 6-1/4 inches in height and a variable length determined by field conditions. Two 13/16-inch diameter through-holes are vertically aligned at 1-1/4 inches from the top edge and spaced 2-5/8 inches apart on center. A 1/2-inch radius notch is cut into the bottom corner with a horizontal setback of 3-5/8 inches from the left edge.
