A continuous one-and-a-half-inch diameter painted steel tube handrail is secured to a finished wall using painted steel handrail brackets. The brackets feature half-inch outside diameter painted steel tubing spaced at a maximum of four feet six inches on center. The handrail is positioned three feet above the finish floor and offsets one-and-a-half inches from the wall surface.
