A steel bollard is welded to a 5/8-inch by 12-inch by 12-inch base plate using a 5/16-inch fillet weld. The assembly is anchored to a concrete slab using four 3/4-inch diameter by 5-inch embedded epoxy bolts. The bollard stands 4 feet tall from the top of the concrete slab.
