Fiber reinforced cementitious panels are mounted on fiberglass clips over a weather barrier applied to the exterior face of the concrete wall. A water shedding gasket and a fillet seal with liquid flashing are incorporated into the joint at the concrete wall intersection. The interior side features an insulated wall framing assembly coordinated per structural drawings.
