A storefront head assembly meets a scheduled wall assembly finished with continuous sealant and backer rod on both sides of the glazing joint. A box metal stud header supports the wall above, while metal stud kickers brace the wall above the ceiling at a maximum spacing of thirty-two inches on center, extending to the structure on both sides. Scheduled glazing is held below the header with appropriate alignment to the line of the ceiling.
