A butt joint connects two concrete tilt-up panels featuring three-quarter-inch typical chamfers on the panel edges. A two-hour fire-rated joint filler is installed in the joint space between the panels. Rated walls and joints require Pecora joint system FF-S-0006 configuration number two or a UL2079 listed equivalent system when noted on the floor plan.
